The Brief: Create a campaign that champions women in STEM.

The idea: For Women’s History Month we highlighted Melanie Morimoto, a Senior Fabrication Modeler Technician at Honda (and a total badass). We collected questions from girls at the PAST Foundation who aspire to work in a STEM field one day, just like Melanie. We shot Melanie in her Honda workshop, answering the girls’ questions and sharing her experiences growing up as a woman in a male-dominated field. We (a female creative duo) got to work with a female director and all-female crew to create this tribute to the next generation of women in STEM!
