Women in STEM fields are highlighted less than their male coworkers. Girls growing up often don’t see female role models in STEM as a result.

Final Campaign

In this women’s month campaign we highlight Melanie Morimoto, a Senior Fabrication Modeler Technician at Honda (and a total badass). We worked with the PAST foundation to collect questions from younger girls in STEM that Melanie would answer— focusing on her experiences growing up as a woman in a male dominated field and her perspective as an Asian American woman in STEM. The result was an empowering piece that showcased Melanie and empowered the next generation of Women in STEM.
